Are minors allowed to shows?

All ages are admitted to all shows (unless otherwise noted).  Bring a government issued photo ID with you. There is no re-entry once you leave if you are under the age of 21.  If the event is sold out and/or at capacity, you will not be allowed back in.

 

When do shows start?

This depends on the show, style of entertainment, number of opening acts, and what else is happening at the The Broadberry that night.  Check your tickets or our calendar for that night’s start time. Generally music starts one hour after the advertised doors time.

 

Where can I get tickets to The Broadberry shows?

Tickets can be purchased online at thebroadberry.com, at the door on show nights, or at our box office (not all shows available at box office) from 10:00 – 4:00 daily.  Please refer to the calendar page here on our website for more info.  Purchasing tickets in advance is highly  recommended.  Online ticket sales are closed one hour prior to doors  the day of the show.  Tickets can be purchased (should they still be available) at the door that night. When are you open?

The Broadberry is an event space and is exclusively open for events.  Please check your tickets or our website for Door and Show times.  There may be special, un-ticketed events from time to time.  Check out our calendar for a full list of shows and events.

 

Where can I park?

There are parking lots on either side of The Broadberry.  You are also able to park along either side of Broad Street for street parking. Side streets offer additional parking.

 

Can I come in for a drink if I’m not staying for a show?

Unfortunately, if you do not purchase a ticket to the show that evening, we cannot allow you inside. On rare occasions there are free and un-ticketed events; please check our calendar of events for event listings and prices.

 

Can I go out front to smoke and still get back in?

No.  There is a patio that you can go on if you wish to smoke.

 

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes.  Check with security or contact us for assistance finding your lost item.  Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at The Broadberry.  If it is valuable to you, it is probably safer at home or in your car.

 

How can my band play at The Broadberry?

Send information to booking@thebroadberry.com.  Due to the large amount of submissions we cannot respond to all of them.  We will do our best.  Please be patient in awaiting a response.

 

Can I vend at The Broadberry?

We love vendors however some artists and their management do not.  Please contact us at least 3 days prior to a show so that we have time to reach out to management and make it is ok. There is usually a nominal vending fee in addition to the price of admission to the show.

 

If we are interested in having our private party at The Broadberry, how many guests can the venue comfortably accomodate?

We can seat up to 100 guests for a ceremony held on stage. Chairs would be collected immediately following the ceremony and redistributed to the tables for dinner. Our patio can handle overflow of guests during that time. A reception allows more guests as the stage/dance floor will be cleared.  For more information about private events, check out our events page

 

What is the rental fee for a wedding or private event?

Our rental rates vary based on the day of the week, the number of guests, security, production needs, time for setup and breakdown, and your commitment to a food and beverage minimum.

 

What is included in the rental fee?

  • Fully integrated sound system compatible with iPods, DJs or live band setups
  • Minimum of two bartenders
  • One door representative
  • Large outdoor patio space
  • Kitchen staff (if needed additional fees will apply)
  • High definition projector with optional projector screen
  • An in-house audio technician is required for all live music performances (additional fees will apply)

 

How do I book a date?

25 percent of the rental fee is due as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in increments, also agreed upon at the time of booking. For event inquiries, click here to submit a request or ask any questions.
