No plans for this upcoming weekend? Do you need a taste of some jazz with some Richmond flavor? Come check out Weekend Plans on the first night of The Shack Up at the Broadberry! Weekend Plans are a nine-piece band composed of Richmond natives and current VCU students and alumni. Following a recent, successful Kickstarter campaign to raise money, the group plans to release their debut album in the very near future. These Richmonders are no joke, as some members have shared the stage with the likes of acts like No BS! Brass Band, Jason Mraz, Sara Bareilles, and more. Come show this great new Richmond band some love at the opening day of the Fourth Annual The Shack Up Music Festival on Friday, September 14th! They will be playing alongside Wild Adriatic and fellow Richmonders Butcher Brown on at the Broadberry.
