MARK MORTON of Lamb of God – New Album + RVA Show March 13th

Mark Morton has made a name for himself as the acclaimed lead guitarist for world-renowned Richmond-bred metal outfit Lamb of God – but this past weekend he celebrated something a bit more personal. Mark Morton’s debut solo record, Anesthetic, is out now on Spinefarm Records and sees contributions from numerous rock luminaries.

The collaborative 18-song LP sees input from folks like the late Chester Bennington (Linkin Park, Stone Temple Pilots), Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees), Randy Blythe (Lamb of God), David Ellefson (Megadeath), and so many more. Streaming now on all platforms, Mark spoke with notable blogs like Consequence of SoundRevolver, and saw praise from the likes of Billboard regarding the debut single, “Cross Off,” featuring Chester Bennington.

Mark Morton makes his Broadberry debut performance on WednesdayMarch 13thco-headlining with Light The Torch, and including an opening set by Moon Tooth. Doors open at 7PM, and music starts at 8PM. Tickets are $25, with limited $150 VIP experience tickets available as well.
